These terms apply to kochera.ai and Kochera AI LLC’s website features. Paid projects and managed services are also governed by the applicable written client agreement, including its scope, fees, support and cancellation terms. Where that agreement and these website terms differ, the client agreement governs the engagement.

Website and AI features

Our website describes AI voice agents, chatbots, automation and consulting services. Demonstrations illustrate capabilities; they do not create a paid engagement or guarantee a production outcome. AI responses may be inaccurate. Confirm important information, and rely on explicit confirmation from the relevant business for real appointments or transactions.

Please use the website and services lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit information you lack permission to use, send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Website demonstrations are not intended for emergencies.

Kochera AI messaging program

When you separately opt in, Kochera AI may send messages about your inquiries, consultations, appointments, account setup or requested service updates. The enrollment disclosure identifies the applicable message types. Promotional messages require their own appropriate consent and are not authorized merely by accepting these website terms.

Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to optional text messages is not a condition of purchase. You must be authorized to use the telephone number you provide.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt‑out. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@kocheraai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network and service availability and is not guaranteed.

Kochera AI also supplies technology to other businesses. Messages sent on behalf of a client identify that business and are governed by that business’s program terms and consent. Opting into Kochera AI’s program does not enroll you in unrelated client programs.

Availability, links and changes

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. External websites and services have their own terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date, and will provide additional notice where required. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
